COVID-19 Testing Information

Where and when is COVID-19 testing available? Outpatient COVID-19 testing is conducted at our Respiratory Collection Center, Suite 140 at Three Meadows Medical Building, 451 Hidden Meadows Drive in Hillsdale. The Respiratory Collection Center is open Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, closed 12-1 pm each day for lunch.

Do I need an appointment or a physician’s order?  You can be tested by appointment or as a walk-in, but ALL tests require a physician’s order.

Where should I park and enter the building? When you arrive, please park on the lower level and enter the building at that level through the entrance facing Hallett Street. Located in Suite 140, the Respiratory Collection Center is just down the hall on the left. You can enter the suite and wait in one of three waiting rooms. One room is designated for pre-surgical or employer-required tests only. Masks are required at all times and we ask that patients social distance in the waiting rooms.

Can I bring someone inside with me? Please note that no visitors are permitted to accompany patients into the Respiratory Collection Center unless necessary to assist the patient with mobility, communication, etc., or if the patient is under the age of 21, in which case one parent or guardian is permitted.

Who should I call if I have questions? If you have questions about your health or whether you need a COVID-19 test, please contact your primary healthcare provider. If you do not have one, you can always visit Hillsdale Health & Wellness, our walk-in clinic at 240 W. Carleton Road, or you can call to set-up a Virtual Visit with one of our providers at (517) 437-7040. If you have questions about the Respiratory Collection Center, please call (517) 330-3009.
