New Users: If you are looking to access the Thrive Patient Portal , please call the Medical Record Department at (517) 437-5175. They are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. HOWEVER, if you are looking for an access code to the MyChart Patient Portal, please contact your clinic for assistance.

Hillsdale Hospital is NOT able to sign-up patients for the clinic portal. Please contact one of our hospital-owned clinics for access.
Additionally, clinic bills cannot be paid on the Thrive Portal. You can contact patient accounts at (517) 437-8335 or call the number on your bill.
