Full Time (Nights) | 3 days per week | 6:45 pm – 7:15 am including every other weekend | Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Summary
The SNF Unit RN or LPN provides quality, professional, and compassionate care in our Skilled Nursing Facility where we have 38 total beds for long-term residents as well as for short-term rehabilitation patients.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan RN license or LPN license
- BLS, ACLS and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients’ and residents’ health and implements plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the care team
- Administers treatment, medications and IV solutions according to physician’s orders
- Observes and evaluates symptoms and reactions to treatment, initiating corrective action if needed
- Documents and maintains records and reports regarding nursing care provided
