Hillsdale Hospital’s Reading Health Clinic to Open for Walk-In Visits

Walk-in and same-day care available in Reading starting April 1

Reading Health Clinic, owned and operated by Hillsdale Hospital, will open for walk-in visits on April 1, 2026. The clinic will be available for walk-ins from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Patients have the option to make an appointment with their primary care provider if preferred.

“Improving access to care is a key priority for our organization,” said Lindsey Crouch, director of outpatient clinics. “By offering both same-day appointments and walk-in availability, we are creating a more flexible approach that allows patients to be seen promptly.”

Jennifer Blonde, certified family nurse practitioner, will be the walk-in care provider for patients at Reading Health Clinic. Blonde previously saw patients at Hillsdale Health and Wellness and will continue to provide appointment-based primary care in Reading.

“I am excited to join Reading Health Clinic and care for patients through both primary care and walk-in visits,” said Blonde. “We hope to make care more accessible for Reading and the surrounding communities.”

Reading Health Clinic is located at 143 South Main Street, Reading and is open for primary care appointments 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed for lunch daily from 12 to 1 p.m. The walk-in clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hillsdale Hospital operates several other primary care clinics in the county, including Hillsdale Health and Wellness on Carleton Road, Hillsdale Medical Associates on Broad Street and Hudson Road, and Three Meadows Family Medicine at the Three Meadows Medical Building. Patients can access outpatient labs in almost all of these clinics.
