Lauren Schneider, Director of Surgical Services
Lauren Schneider’s career in nursing began at Hillsdale Hospital in 2016, when she worked as a nurse extern on the medical-surgical unit. While working at the hospital, she graduated from Jackson College with an associate degree in Nursing. Lauren transferred to Hillsdale Hospital’s surgical unit in 2019, where she served as charge nurse, then nurse manager before earning her promotion to director of surgical services.
