Randy Holland has held many job titles since he began working at Hillsdale Hospital in 2002, including emergency department clinical manager and infection control nurse. He took a brief leave from 2016-2018 to work as a travel nurse, then returned as infection control coordinator. Randy later became the hospital’s RN infection control officer, then added director of ancillary services in 2020. In 2026, Randy became chief nursing officer.
