Meghan Story, Chief Quality & Accreditation Officer

Meghan Story graduated from Northwest State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. Prior to joining Hillsdale Hospital, she worked as floor nurse and house supervisor at Bryan Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Meghan joined Hillsdale Hospital in 2009 in the medical-surgical joint replacement unit. She went on to become supervision charge nurse, then clinical manager for the medical-surgical and coronary care infection control units. Meghan was then promoted to director of inpatient services, then chief nursing officer. She currently holds the title of chief quality & accreditation officer at Hillsdale Hospital.

Alongside her responsibilities at the hospital, Meghan also serves on the Michigan Health & Hospital Association’s Person and Family Engagement Advisory Council and the Small or Rural Hospital Council.
