Lindsey Crouch, Director of Outpatient Clinics & Durable Medical Equipment

Lindsey Crouch received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jackson College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University in 2025. Prior to joining Hillsdale Hospital, Lindsey worked at County National Bank in several roles, including insurance representative and investment specialist. In these roles, she provided personalized guidance to help individuals plan for long-term goals and life events.

Lindsey joined Hillsdale Hospital in 2010, working on the skilled nursing facility team for nine years in roles ranging from floor nurse to admissions coordinator and minimum data set coordinator. In 2019, she transitioned to the home care department, serving as intake coordinator, clinical supervisor and home care manager. In 2023, Lindsey was appointed director of home care & durable medical equipment, assuming leadership of Hillsdale Home Oxygen as well. In June 2025, she was promoted to her current role as director of outpatient clinics & durable medical equipment.

Outside of Hillsdale Hospital and as a lifelong resident of Jonesville, Crouch supports the Jonesville community by serving on the city’s Tax Review Board.
