Kyrsten Newlon, Director of Communications & Donor Development
Kyrsten Newlon graduated from Grace College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication and is currently earning her Master’s in Political Communication from Regent University. Prior to joining Hillsdale Hospital, she held several marketing positions in rural Indiana.
Kyrsten joined Hillsdale Hospital in 2023 as marketing & communications coordinator. In 2024, she became the communications & donor development manager. Kyrsten earned her current title as director of communications & donor development in 2025.
Outside of her work, Kyrsten serves on numerous councils to support rural health progress and the community of Hillsdale. These include the MHA Council on Health Access & Community Impact, the MHA Person & Family Engagement Advisory Council, the MHA Small or Rural Hospital Council and Hillsdale Economic Development Corporation.
