Hillsdale Pulmonary Clinic Welcomes Full-Time Pulmonologist

Dr. Carlos Martinez available for appointments starting the first week of July

Hillsdale Hospital’s pulmonary clinic is excited to announce the arrival of Carlos Martinez, MD. Dr. Martinez will be available for appointments at the Hillsdale Pulmonary Clinic starting the first week of July.

As the hospital’s pulmonary services transition from the former model of contracted pulmonary coverage to its new full-time provider model, the office staff, location, hours and services will remain the same.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Martinez to our team,” said Jeremiah J. Hodshire, president and chief executive officer. “Our priority is to provide continuous, uninterrupted care for our patients. Having a full-time, Hillsdale Hospital-employed pulmonologist available five days a week will make a positive impact on patient experience and better serve our community with consistent pulmonary care.”

“Dr. Martinez’s full-time presence in Hillsdale represents a meaningful step forward in improving access, consistency and continuity of care for our patients,” said Lindsey Crouch, director of outpatient clinics. “Having the same provider in the clinic each week strengthens patient-provider relationships, and makes scheduling more convenient, allowing patients to be seen more quickly for follow-up care.”
