Hillsdale Hospital Administers Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines

Doctors, nurses, direct care workers receive vaccine for protection against coronavirus

HILLSDALE, Mich.–Hillsdale Hospital has now administered its first Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. (See last week’s press release for more details here.)

WHO: Hospital staff and members of the greater Hillsdale medical community classified by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) as Tier 1a. This includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, nurses, nursing assistants, respiratory therapists, other direct care workers, and any healthcare workers whose jobs put them in direct contact with patients or members of the public.

WHAT: These individuals began receiving their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination, administered through Hillsdale Hospital with the support of the National Guard. Photos with names, roles and captions are attached and below.

WHEN: Monday, December 22, 2020
