Hospital welcomes chief nursing officer and chief quality officer
Hillsdale Hospital today announced the appointment of new leadership roles on its executive team. The positions of chief nursing officer and chief quality and accreditation officer serve as essential to the hospital’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Randy Holland, Chief Nursing & Infection Control Officer
Randy Holland was appointed chief nursing and infection control officer. He previously served as the director of ancillary services, including radiology, cardiopulmonary and laboratory
departments, and has held the infection control officer position for eight years. Holland has a Master of Healthcare Administration, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is certified in infection control.
Since 2018, he has been a key leader on the Hillsdale Hospital team, ensuring excellent infection prevention measures are in place for patients and staff. In his role as chief nursing officer, Holland will ensure cohesion across all nursing departments in the hospital and provide direction for supervisors and clinical managers. He continues to serve as the administrator over the Center for Infusion Care, Center for Pain Management and the hospital’s inpatient behavioral health unit.
“Hillsdale Hospital is my home,” said Holland. “It’s why I came back from traveling to serve our patients and to make a difference. I am excited to start this new position and will work closely with our clinical teams.”

Meghan Campbell, Chief Quality & Accreditation Officer
Meghan Campbell previously held the position of chief nursing officer and has transitioned into a new role as chief quality and accreditation officer. This role oversees quality assurance, facility accreditation, employee health and recipient rights.
“I remain dedicated to supporting our mission and the people we serve at Hillsdale Hospital,” said Campbell. “In this new position, I will continue to bring my skills and experience forward to help our hospital, our patients and our community thrive.”
Both Holland and Campbell have been serving on committees and task forces in the hospital to lead new programs and expand service lines or community engagement. In their new roles, they will continue to serve in these capacities, building on Hillsdale Hospital’s infrastructure of service.
“As several of our senior leaders prepare for retirement, we are incredibly grateful to their many years of service, as well as the readiness of our new leaders to step into these roles,” said Jeremiah J. Hodshire, president and chief executive officer.
