Provides quality, professional, and compassionate care while demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to provide Cardiopulmonary services as ordered by physicians according to established standards and practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current CRT/RRT License in the State of Michigan
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide cardiopulmonary services as ordered by physicians
- Responsibilities include ventilator/BIPAP management, ABG’s, EKG’s and general respiratory supportive care” rather than listing out the duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be committed to Service Excellence and embrace the Vision, Mission, Values and Culture of Hillsdale Hospital, displays a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Must be flexible, dependable, responsible and a team player with a favorable attendance record and employment history
